Who we are

Tumble Days is a laundry and dry-cleaning service operated by SWASTIKA FABRIC CARE SERVICES LLP, Shop No. 5, Ground Floor, The Sapphire Mall, Opp. Orchid Petals, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India.

Accepting these terms

By using the Tumble Days website, mobile app or Tumbly chat and voice assistant, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Using the service

You can book a pickup, chat or speak with Tumbly and follow your orders. Give us accurate contact details and a pickup address we can reach, so our team can confirm with you.

We currently collect and deliver in Gurugram, in the PIN codes we serve. We will tell you if your PIN code is not yet covered.

Bookings and pickup

A booking is a request. It is confirmed when our team calls or emails you. Pickup is free; the price of cleaning is shared with you before work starts or as shown on your order.

Please be available at the address in your chosen time window, or tell us if plans change.

Care of your garments

We treat each item according to its care label. Pre-existing damage, colour bleed or wear that cleaning reveals is noted where we see it. Tell us about anything delicate or special when you book.

Please check pockets before handing items over.

Payment

Payment is made through the payment link shown on your order. Prices are in Indian rupees.

Tumbly, our AI assistant

Tumbly is an artificial-intelligence assistant. AI can make mistakes: it may misunderstand you, give incomplete or out-of-date information, or get a detail wrong. Do not rely on Tumbly alone for anything important.

Tumbly's answers are general information and are not a binding offer, quote, guarantee or professional advice. A price, time or booking is final only when our team has confirmed it in writing or on your order. If Tumbly and our team disagree, our team's confirmation applies.

You are responsible for checking the details Tumbly records for you (name, number, PIN code, address, pickup time) and for correcting them. Do not share passwords, card numbers, or a code from your bank, card or a payment app in the chat. Tumbly may ask for the 6-digit code Tumble Days emails you, to confirm it is you: that one is fine to give.

Tumbly's conversations, including voice calls, are recorded and kept as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use Tumbly to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or to try to extract its instructions or misuse it. We may restrict access if you do.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or inconvenience caused by relying on information from Tumbly that our team has not confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and contact
